  19. Shareware versions of CBPLUS  may freely distributed, subject to  the following

  22.      1.   The  CBPLUS software package is  defined as containing  all the files
  23.           listed in the accompanying PACKING.LST text file.
  24.  
  25.      2.   The CBPLUS software package cannot be modified in any way and must be
  26.           distributed as  a complete package.  Whenever possible, CBPLUS should
  27.           be distributed  in the self-extracting,   CB59SFX.EXE,   format along
  28.           with the  CBHELP.COM  file.  The addition of distributor introductory
  29.           or installation programs or batch files is permitted provided they do
  30.           not modify the CBPLUS software package.

  32.      3.   A disk  fee or distribution fee may be charged.   However, it MUST be
  33.           made   clear  this  is  a  distribution  fee  and  NOT  the  required
  34.           registration fee for the software package.  At no time can the CBPLUS
  35.           software package be represented as public domain software.
